2009 CPD Fall & Spring Level 1 School Application

To pre-register for a CPD Level 1 school, complete the application, click on the school of your choice, and click on submit. It's that easy! Once you have registered, you will be contacted by CPD to discuss the finances of the school. 

NOTE: Lunch is provided during the school, but hotel and evening dinners are the responsibility of the participant.  For hotel reservations, click here. It is simple to make a reservation. Just put in the city you will be attending a school and it will give you hotels in the area.

Please click on the school of your choice. If you are interested in attending both Tecumseh and Kohler schools, you will need to submit two (2) separate applications. Once we receive your check and application off of the Internet, we will send you a confirmation letter. Please mail a check for $200.00 per person attending a Level One School to CPD 3801 Thurston Avenue Anoka, MN 55303. Thank you for your interest in Kohler and Tecumseh Schools.
